THE ANNUAL STUDENT PROGRAM STARTED IN “ROSTELECOM” ARMENIA

“Rostelecom” started the annual student program which is already held for the 4th time.

At the end of the first week students presented the result of their first team work introducing advantages and capabilities as video content.

The program unites students from different universities (this time from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, Armenian National Agrarian University (ANAU), Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), Yerevan State University (YSU), French University in Armenia (UFAR), Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences (YSULSS), Information and Communication Technology Institute) and provides them with opportunity to get acquainted with theoretical and practical knowledge about corporate culture and a number of other important topics.

The student program included interactive tutorial and cognitive training on more than 10 topics (starting from communications, marketing, branding, legal formulations, sales skills, HR basics, up to optics, network solutions and other interesting directions), practical, individual and team projects. Students had also presented their suggestions and solutions on different aspects of company activities.

By the end the project winner will get the opportunity to pass a three-month paid internship at his preferred department. And in case of positive results during the project he may join the “Rostelecom” Armenia team as well.

Like in previous projects, students with creative thinking, flexibility, team spirit, knowledge, will also get job offers.

The participants from previous projects, who already work in IT security, network planning, sales, customer care and other departments, mention that this is an exclusive opportunity for every student to learn about the business processes and culture of large companies, and the most important, to work in such a company like “Rostelecom”.
