“ROSTELECOM” PROJECT “NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS” CAME TO THE END. MANY OF STUDENTS RECEIVED JOB OFFERS FROM THE COMPANY

 

The project “New opportunities for students” which united 25 students from 10 universities for about a month came to the end. Regardless of profession, they got the opportunity to participate in a one-month interactive training course with participation of the organization’s staff.

Due to the practical seminars students got acquainted with activities of “Rostelecom” subdivisions in Armenia, had opportunity to pass interactive courses over 10 topics starting with the communication skills, marketing, branding, from sales skills to optics and network solutions, at the same time they presented their own suggestion on different directions of “Rostelecom” activities, took part in various competitions, became friends both with the project participants and “Rostelecom” staff in Armenia.

The results were summed up and the winner of the competition was offered a three-month paid course in “Rostelecom” in any preferable department on June 21,2015. The winner who had successfully passed the course joined the company staff. The CEO of Rostelecom Armenia gave certificates to all participants.

Besides, many creative, flexible, students with team working and other appropriate skills were offered to join the staff.

Students from RA Universities with 4^th year of bachelor and Master’s degree could take part in the project. The project is continuous and will encompass more students.
