TUMO SUMMER SCHOOL

TUMO center for creative technologies organized a Summer school, which provided partisipants with not only various skills and knowledge but also aim opportunity to communicate and become friends with the participants of their age from different regons and abroad.

2017, Rostelecom in Armenia, within the framework of corporate social responsibility programms, children close to  border villages of Movses and Aygepar,  Ani and Sargis, to spend their summer vacation in the Yerevan Center for Creative Technologies TUMO starting from 19 of June 2017.  

In the scope of the one-week project  participants  attended in Animation and web development programming, robotics  classes of TUMO center: they visited cultural sights, places of interest, museums, spent days full of sport and various programs and as a result presented their own technological and animation projects.

At the Computer Animation classes, they  studied how to present phenomena around them and people in 3D formats, ideas in form of short stories at the same time using Adobe Flash and Animation Desk programs.

In the website development courses , youngsters learned to design their own dynamic websites using HTML5 and CSS3 programs for design and Adobe Dreamweaver program to make the website interactive.

TUMO summer school for creative technology gives the opportunity not only to dive into purely technological solutions but also gives freedom for explorations ensuring active communication with culture, sport as well as with their peers and experts from different spheres.

As a result, by the end of the project kids make presentations and present their own creative ideas and innovations, programs and games.

Summer is the period of active rest leisure and exploration for children, and participation and impressions from such projects are priceless for them.  

Cooperation between “Rostelecom” in Armenia and TUMO center for creative technology will continue in favor of technologically educated and intellectual youth.
