“ROSTELECOM” CONTINUES COOPERATION WITH UNIVERSITIES. THE ARMENIAN CEO OF THE COMPANY LECTURED FOR THE STUDENTS OF FRENCH UNIVERSITY IN ARMENIA.
On May 14 students from Marketing, Management and other departments of French University in Armenia participated in the lecture of “Rostelecom” Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan about the formation, development and establishment of IT sphere in the Republic of Armenia.
In particular, the CEO of the company shared his experience in the sphere, presented the Armenian telecommunication sphere developments during the last 10 years to the audience. He stressed the peculiarities, possibilities and challenges that the company faced on the way of stable development.
“I am happy to see students not only from Management but also from Marketing and other departments, as today young people with different professions deal with the telecommunication sphere. I can proudly say that the company’s staff consists of highly qualified specialists of different professions including those from the French University in Armenia and lectures like this give the opportunity to young specialists to draw the picture of the past and present of telecommunication sphere in Armenia and I can mention the future as well, were they will possibly work in future”, - said the CEO of “GNC ALFA” CJSC Hayk Faramazyan. Armenian and International leading companies nowadays are based on the experience and knowledge, which nowadays our universities transfer to our students. I am happy that our company is not white-handed in this option.”
French University in Armenia also highlights the cooperation with the private sector of the economy, as a result of which 70% of about 1500 students of the university work at well-known Armenian enterprises and organizations occupying responsible positions in middle and high levels.
We add that an active cooperation is being held between “Rostelecom” and universities and students in Armenia, regular projects are organized to share the practice of best students at the company and to discuss questions relating offers.
