Rostelecom is happy to announce that starting from 2015 June 12, all the subscribers of “Duo Mini”, “Duo Opti”, “Duo Maxi”, “Trio Constructor”, “Trio Constructor Annual”, “Trio Constructor Annual+” tariff plans will be provided with speed increase.
