www.rtarmenia.am, www.rostelecomarmenia.am and www.tvrt.am websites are the official websites (hereinafter referred to as “The Site”) of “GNC-ALFA” closed joint-stock company (hereinafter referred to as “Operator” ). This Terms of use also regulates TVRT.AM application usage which is provided in cooperation with «HYBRID SOLUTIONS» LTD.
Before using the Site please familiarize yourself with the below terms. The Site user affirms that he or she acknowledges and undertakes to abide by the terms and requirements for using this website as set forth below (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”). The data and information set forth in the Site are based on the laws, legislative acts applicable at the time of their publications and the given data and information, as well as the Operator’s internal regulatory documents to the extent the Operator perceives and applies them. Amendments to the respective laws, legislative acts and the Operator’s internal regulatory documents can serve as a basis for the change and/or replenishment of the data and information published in this Site. The data and information published in this Site are not for consultative purposes and cannot be used as a consultation. The Operator does not guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the information available in this Site obtained from other sources and is not held accountable for inaccuracy and/or errors available in the given information. In any case the Operator encourages the Site users, where appropriate, to receive a respective independent professional consultation. You can receive the information regarding the services provided by the Operator from this Site and/or the Operator’s Sales and Service Centers. The services provided by the Operator shall be regulated in compliance with the applicable Legislation of the Republic of Armenia, License N. 0494 of public electronic communication network granted to the Operator on the territory of the Republic of Armenia for public electronic communication network (network operation) on the territory of the Republic of Armenia by virtue of Decision 686-A adopted by December 10, 2008 by the The terms of use are applied simultaneously with other terms available in the Site and are regarded as an integral part of the given terms. The Operator can on his/her own, without preliminary notification and at any time make changes in the materials available in the Site, including the content of the terms published in the Site. All the changes to the Site made by the Operator shall have a legal force upon the publication thereof in the Site, in the event another procedure for entry into force is not envisaged by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Continuous use of the site by the site users and continuous use of the site suggest that the Site user has agreed to the changes made in the Site in the way such changes are.

The Operator is a member of “Rostelecom” group and provides telecommunication services under “Rostelecom” trademark. The names of the Operator’s services and ranges of goods mentioned in the Site are the Operator’s trademark, the legal protection of which is guaranteed by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and respective contracts.
Copyright and related rights
The content of the site is provided by the Operator and the copyright and/or the related rights in respect of the site are reserved to the Operator or other individuals who are in collaboration with the Operator on a contractual basis. The Operator’s copyright and/or related rights are protected by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenian and respective international documents. The content of the site is not subject to reproduction, change, transfer, display, spread otherwise or in other manner without a prior consent or permission of the company. The materials published in the Site are designed for personal use by the Site users who are not entitled to use or spread them for commercial purposes.
Data confidential guarantees
The Operator is entitled to collect and use the materials or information obtained by other persons when using the Site for the purpose of regulating mutual relations among such persons, as well as ensuring proper quality of the services. Personal data communicated to the Site in any manner shall be used by the Operator only with a view to organizing the services to be provided to the Subscribers and the improvements of the quality of such services. The Operator shall undertake all the possible measures to ensure the safety of the collected personal data. The data collected by the Operator via the Site shall be the Operator’s ownership and shall not be otherwise transferred to other persons, save for the cases when the above data shall be transferred to the persons who are in collaboration with the Operator on a contractual basis with an aim of ensuring the provision of the services by the Operator, as well as other cases provided for by the applicable Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Information, materials and/or messages not containing personal data communicated to the Site shall not be deemed confidential. By becoming the Operator’s subscriber and registering in the Site, the Site user agrees to the collection, use and transfer of the data regarding himself/herself under the Operator's applicable “Confidential Guarantees” Policy. The Operator shall be entitled to communicate or provide the collected personal data to third parties only in cases when - disclosure of the data or information to other persons takes place in compliance with the requirements of the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the procedure prescribed by the Legislation, - disclosure of the data and information to other persons is necessitated for ensuring the protection of the Operator’s legal interests and rights, - the Operator has obtained a preliminary consent as to the communication of such data or information to other persons, - disclosure of the data or information to the third party is necessitated for ensuring the provision of the services by the Operator.
Limitations of the Operator’s liabilities
This clause shall limits the Operator’s liabilities for the Site. The provision of this clause shall be applied to the extent they are not in conflict with the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Operator undertakes all the known reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information published in the site. The materials and information available in the Site shall be provided on the principle “As reasonable” and/or “as they are” without any guarantee for the operation of and access to the Site, accessibility for third persons, integrity, accuracy or conformity of the data and information. The site users shall be completely and solely held liable for all the risks arising as a result of using the materials, information and services of the Site. The Operator shall not be held liable for any the damage sustained as a result of any materials and information published by the Site users in the Site or the use thereof within the limits envisaged by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Operator does not guarantee the constant operation of the Site and the fact that the Site will meet all the requirements of the Site users. The Operator does not guarantee the possibility of uninterrupted access by third parties to the Site, as well as uninterrupted operation of the Site. The Operator shall undertake all the measures accessible for him/her to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Site. Simultaneously, the Operator shall not be held liable as a consequence of possible drawbacks or impediments of the operation of the site. The Site users shall themselves assume a responsibility for undertaking preventive measures aimed at ensuring proper technical condition of their own data and/or equipments, communication means, uninterrupted operation of the softwares and antivirus protection of equipments. The Operator shall not be held liable for systematic update and review of the materials and information available in the Site except for the cases provided for by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Site content may contain inaccuracies and/or misprints. Headings and subheadings used in the Site are indicated for conveniences only and cannot otherwise affect the interpretation of the materials and/or information available in the Site.
Using the Site
When using the Site the Site users shall not undertake any actions which shall result in causing inconveniences or damage to the Operator and/or the Operator’s Subscribers or the other users of the Site. The Site users shall not undertake any measures which, as a result, shall not hamper the process of the provision of the services by the Operator.
Using Operator’s Services
Making use of the services provided by the Operator is conditioned by the operation of the public electronic communication network managed by the Operator and the given network coverage. The Operator does not guarantee the accessibility of the provided services for those persons who are willing to make use of the Operator’s services. The Operator undertakes all the actions accessible for himself/herself so as to ensure the accessibility and uninterrupted operation of the services provided. The Operator’s perspective subscribers ought to provide certain information and/or submit documents for making use of the Operator’s services. Failure to provide reliable information and/or documents can lead to rejection of the services provided, suspension or termination of the services. Payments for the services provided by the Operator via the Site or in another manner shall be effected by the Operator in the prescribed procedure in compliance with the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia. TV services are provided through Hybrid TV as an IPTV solution and through TVRT.AM application as a mobile solution. TVRT.AM is used in conjunction with www.tvrt.am website.
Separate application of the provisions
Where any of the provisions of the terms of use becomes null and void, impracticable or nonconforming to the Legislation, then it cannot affect the validity of the other provisions of the terms of use.
Other persons’ websites
The Operator may provide hypertext links to other websites in the site. Simultaneously, the Operator shall assume a liability for the operation and/or contents of other sites associated with this Site. The risks regarding the similar link to other sites shall be borne by the Site users.
Applicable law
Any matter regarding any services provided by and via the site or proceeding from the given services shall be regulated by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Electronic messages
The Operator does not guarantee an adequate safety of the messages sent via the Internet since they may be lost, amended or stolen. The Operator shall not be held liable for the damages related to the message sent via the Internet.
Inquiries
To obtain necessary information, the Site user may sent an electronic message or visit the Operator’s Sales and Service Centers.
