“ROSTELECOM” PROVIDED A NUMBER OF ARMENIAN HOUSES FOR THE DISABLED AND THE ELDERLY WITH FREE TV DEVICES, SERVICES AND COMPUTERS․

At New Year’s Eve “Rostelecom” prepared surprises for homes for the disabled and the elderly.

People in Vanadzor, Gyumri, Abovyan, Yerevan care centers for the elderly and disabled now will have devices to watch the New Year programs in “Rostelecom” high quality television. “Rostelecom” has provided “Vanadzor retirement home” Fund, Yerevan number 1 and Nork care houses with television devices and services.

Colorful New Year TV programs and movies will already be available for older people living in houses for the elderly far from their families.

Besides, houses of the elderly "Narek” in Abovyan, Gyumri, “Vanadzor retirement house” Fund and Yerevan care house No. 1 were presented with laptops to facilitate communication of the elderly with their relatives in Armenia and abroad.

In 2016 in the framework of “Azbuka Interneta” project “Rostelecom” has planned to cooperate with each elderly care center to involve the aged living there in the project and raise computer literacy among them, to help communicate easily and to become proficient internet users and be aware of anything they need.

"Rostelecom" wishes love and warmth to everybody, not only during the New Year and Christmas holidays, but throughout the whole year.
