STUDENTS OF “AYB” SCHOOL WILL HAVE AN INTERNSHIP AT “ROSTELECOM” ARMENIA HEAD OFFICE

On June 30, 2018 “Rostelecom” team participated in the Ayb Internship Fair “We learn by working” devoted to the awareness of schoolchildren about professional orientation and companies’ activities.

At the beginning of the event professionals from participant companies held discussions on topics that interest children.

“Rostelecom”'s IT security specialist spoke about the opportunities and dangers of using the Internet in public places which many of them had no idea about. Children said that they even had no idea how important the meeting would be for them and how much practical information and skills they would get.

Companies representing different spheres were present at the event: “GNC-ALFA” CJSC (“Rostelecom” Armenia), Converse Bank CJSC, Habitat Armenia, Allergology and Immunology Center, Menu.am, The Institute of Molecular Biology of NAS RA, Zangak publishing house, other companies.

By the end of the trainings children got the opportunity to meet all invited companies staff, talk about more interesting issues, and most importantly, leave their CVs for work opportunities in the companies during the upcoming holidays.

Children who successfully pass the qualifying phase will have an internship at "Rostelecom" Armenia office to get acquainted with the activities and functions of different departments of the company.

“Rostelecom” has been implementing a variety of youth initiatives that focus on disseminating information and raising awareness about corporate culture, the use of Internet and other important issues among students and schoolchildren, and promoting the formation and development of future professionals.
