IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW SERVICE FROM ROSTELECOM - TELEPHONE SERVICE

From March 26, 2018, Rostelecom launches a new service "Telephone Service", enabling the subscribers to get fast and high-quality service via a single call.

 

Calling 060 46 00 00 from a registered number, the subscribers of Rostelecom will be provided with an access to different types of services, without having to visit the Sales and Service Centers of the company.

• Contract prolongation;

• Service activation / termination;

• Temporary suspension / termination of the suspension of the service;

• Tariff plan change;

• Reservation of the In-house technical support services;

• Address change;

• and, etc.

 

The implementation of the new service is meant to make the customer care system more flexible and user-friendly. 

With the slogan "Single call, numerous solutions", Rostelecom will provide its all subscribers with a high-quality and user-friendly service.
